1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
2. Peel and core the apples. Cut them in two horizontally. Arrange the four halves of apple side by side in the round dish.
3. Cook for 20 minutes.
4. Take the dish out but leave the oven on. Place a goat’s cheese on each of the apple bases and put the other apple half on top, and fix the three pieces together with the help of the cocktail sticks. Pour the honey on top.
5. Put them back in the oven for 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot, accompanied with a green salad.
