The ingredients
  • - 1 sheet of fi lo pastry
  • - 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • - 1 banana
  • - 2 teaspoons powdered coconut
  • - 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • - 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

2. Daub the fi lo pastry with the melted butter, then cut it in four.

3. Place the four pieces of pastry harmoniously in the square dish so they form a basket-shape. In the centre, place the banana cut in thick slices. Sprinkle the coconut, cinnamon and vanilla sugar on top.

4. Put in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve straight away.

You can add a few cubes of mango or pineapple to the banana and decorate it with vanilla cream, lukewarm or cold.
