1. Peel and grate the carrot. Grate the courgette with its skin. Brown them together for 5 minutes in a frying-pan with the olive oil.
2. At the same time, in a bowl, mix the cornfl our and the crème fraîche. Add the egg, the nutmeg and the cooked vegetables. Salt and pepper.
3. Pour the mixture into the rectangular dish. Cook in the microwave at full volume for 8 minutes, without covering.
