The ingredients
  • - 80g chocolate chips
  • - 3 eggs
  • - 110g sugar
  • - 140g butter
  • - ½ sachet of baking powder
  • - 50g flour
Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Break the eggs into a bowl, and then add sugar. Beat and blanch the eggs . Add the baking powder, and mix.

2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, and then pour it in the machine. Add the flour, mix and add a part of chocolate chips and mix again.

3. Pour the batter into a muffin tray and place the rest of the chocolate chips on the top.

4. Cook in a hot oven for about 25 minutes. Remove the muffins from the muffin tray and taste the muffins hot or cold .
