Our Irresistible range of roasting dishes is made from borosilicate glass. The glass roasters are thermal shock resistant, meaning that they can be used in a cold freezer and a hot oven without the risk of shattering. They are built to withstand temperatures from -40c to 300c. Our deep glass roasting dishes come in three shapes, rectangular, square and oval. They are available in a range of sizes meaning that you can cater for small bakes to large roasts with ease. Each dish features large grip handles that allow you to carry them easily and safely around the kitchen. The dishes have been made with hygiene in mind, as the material does not absorb the flavours of the food cooked in it and are dishwasher safe, for an easy clean after use.
