  • - 1 chicken
  • - 1 onion
  • - White wine
  • - 400gr. pitted prunes
  • - ginger
  • - Salt and Pepper
  • - Extra virgin olive oil
  • - thyme, marjoram and rosemary
Preparation
  1. 1. Place the chicken in the casserole and add onion, ½ glass of white wine, salt,pepper, extra virgin olive oil and the chopped spices
  2. 2. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 30min
  3. 3. Add the prunes and ginger cut in small pieces. Continue to cook until the chicken is well cooked

For the last 10 minutes put the oven in GRILL mode
