The ingredients
  • - 6 medium sized potatoes
  • - thyme, rosemary and marjoram
  • - a clove of garlic
  • - Salt and Pepper
  • - Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
  1. 1. Wash, scrub and dry the potatoes.
  2. 2. Slice the potatoes with a knife to create thin slices, fan type. Meanwhile prepare a mix of spices and chopped garlic to sprinkle on top of the potatoes.
  3. 3. Arrange everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil olive. 
  4. 4. Add salt and pepper and bake at 180 °C until the potatoes are well cooked.
Tips
The cooking time might change depending on the size of the potatoes used.
