Small Pumpkin cakes with smoked Salmon

Heat : 180°C
The ingredients
  • - 250gr of smoked salmon
  • - 3 large eggs
  • - 50ml of soy milk
  • - 250gr of pumpkin
  • - Salt & pepper
  1. 1. Clean, peel and cut the pumpkin in to cubes. Place them in a saucepan of boiling water for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Mix the pumpkin with the eggs in a Pyrex bowl. Add the milk, salt and pepper and mix again.
  3. 3. Line the bottom and the sides of the Pyrex Asimetria magic cake mould with smoked salmon (no need to grease the mould before)
  4. 4. Pour the mix in the Pyrex AsimetriA magic cake mould.
  5. 5. Put into the oven, preheated at 180°C, for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with a rocket salad.
