1. Preheat the oven to 260°C .
2. On a lightly floured surface, stretch the pizza dough in a 30 cm circle and put it into the Pyrex Pizza pan.
3. Then, fill the pizza dough with the salsa sauce and leave a 2 cm space on the rim.
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese, sweet peppers, the onion and the tomato, and a few black olives.
5. Put in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the bottom of the pizza dough is golden brown. Let it cool down for 5 minutes.
6. Before serving, sprinkle with coriander.
