  • 75g sugar
  • 250mL water
  • Juice of 1 lemon

    Stage 1

    Stone and cut the apricots, stew them with water, sugar and lemon juice.

    Stage 2

    Mix everything.

    Stage 3

    Pour into a dish, put in the freezer.
