Ingredients

      • 4 pears
      • 200g gorgonzola cheese
      • 2 tbsp honey
      • Nuts

      Preparation

      1. Preheat the oven to 180°c
      2. Wash the pears and cut them in half. Empty the inside.
      3. Place them in a dish and bake for 15 minutes.
      4. Cut the Gorgonzola into small cubes. When they come out of the oven, place them in the pears. Put back in the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts slightly.
      5. Add the nuts and honey and serve immediately.

      Serve and enjoy!
